PROFILE
FACILITIES & OPERATIONS / MUSEUMS

CRRA operates an education center where children and adults learn about recycling, the environment and how CRRA turns garbage into electricity. All-time, more than 750,000 people have taken advantage of fun, educational, hands-on programs, activities and exhibits at the CRRA Trash Museum in Hartford and the CRRA Garbage Museum in Stratford.

On August 25, 2011, the CRRA Board of Directors voted to close the Garbage Museum in Stratford immediately. Thank you for your 16 years of support for the Garbage Museum and its educational programs.

The CRRA Trash Museum, located in Hartford, continues to operate. Click here for contact information.
