In 2002, the Connecticut General Assembly amended Section 22a-261 of the General Statutes to reconstitute the CRRA Board of Directors. The statute establishes the officials responsible for appointing directors and the qualifications for each director. 	Chairman The Honorable Michael A. Pace, Chairman First Selectman, Town of Old Saybrook (municipal official of city or town with population less than 50,000)
	Edna M. Karanian (experience in energy field)

Directors appointed by the Senate President Pro Tempore:
	The Honorable James R. Miron Mayor, Town of Stratford (municipal official of city or town with population over 50,000)
