In 2002, the Connecticut General Assembly amended Section 22a-261 of the General Statutes to reconstitute the CRRA Board of Directors. The statute establishes the officials responsible for appointing directors and the qualifications for each director. The statute was again amended in 2003, resulting in the current configuration of the board. To read the statute, click Section 22a-261, which will open in a new browser window.
