About two out of every three Connecticut municipalities are members of one of CRRA's four solid waste projects. In all, 115 of Connecticut’s 169 cities and towns depend on CRRA to manage their solid waste and recyclables. CRRA serves two out of every three Connecticut residents. That is 2,422,063 people out of 3,405,565 people (according to the 2000 U.S. census).
