Thomas D. Kirk is president of the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. He has more than 25 years of management experience in engineering, energy and waste management. |
Prior to joining CRRA in January 2003 Kirk was general manager for Wisvest-Connecticut since 1999. Previously, he spent 11 years at Wheelabrator Technologies, holding the positions of operations manager, plant manager and general manager. He was the initial operations manager for the Bridgeport Resco/CRRA Bridgeport Project plant.

James P. Bolduc is chief financial officer of the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. |
| Before joining CRRA, Bolduc spent most of his professional career at CTG Resources Inc., which was also known as the Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation, leaving the company in 2001 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. During a 33-year career he also managed consumer services, distribution and corporate and regulatory affairs. |

DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS & DEVELOPMENT / ACTING DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS |

Peter W. Egan is director of environmental affairs and development for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. In this position, he is responsible for CRRA’s environmental strategy and environmental regulatory compliance. He is currently serving as acting director of operations, providing overall direction and
management of CRRA’s trash-to-energy and recycling projects and other business objectives. |
| Previously, he was with Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., a nationally recognized hazardous waste management company headquartered in Braintree, Mass., where he served in various facility and corporate environmental regulatory compliance positions, most recently as director of regulatory affairs. |

DIRECTOR OF LEGAL AFFAIRS |
 |
Laurie Hunt is managing director of legal services for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. In this position, she is responsible for all of CRRA’s legal affairs, serving as in-house counsel and directing the efforts of outside law firms. |
| Previously, she was corporate counsel for Northeast Energy Services, Inc., in Westborough, Mass., and general counsel for Independent Energy Corporation prior to its acquisition by NES’s corporate parent. She had been an associate at the New Haven law firm of Winnick, Resnick, Skolnik & Auerbach. |

DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS |

Paul Nonnenmacher is the director of public affairs for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. In this position, he is responsible for CRRA’s public relations, marketing, education and municipal government relations functions. |
| Prior to joining CRRA, he held public relations positions with the Connecticut Business & Industry Association, People’s Bank and the Bridgeport Regional Business Council. He was previously an award-winning reporter, editor and columnist for newspapers in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. |

DIRECTOR OF RECYCLING & ENFORCEMENT |
 |
Thomas P. Gaffey is director of recycling and enforcement for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. He oversees CRRA’s recycling facilities, scale operations and enforcement of disposal regulations. |
| During his career at CRRA he has also managed the agency’s government, public affairs and education functions. Previously he worked as executive assistant for two commissioners of the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection. He has been a state senator since 1995, currently serving as deputy majority leader. |

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS LIAISON |
 |
Michael R. Bzdyra is government relations liaison for the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority. He helps members of the state legislature and executive branch of state government understand the issues concerning CRRA and its operations and solid waste disposal, recycling and electric generation. |
| Previously he was a project analyst for CRRA, peforming economic and feasibility analyses for the agency's Operations and Recycling divisions. From 1987 to 1998 he worked at the legislature as a legislative aide and clerk for the legislature's Finance, Revenue & Bonding Committee and a senior policy/communications specialist for the Senate Majority Caucus. |
