The new CRRA values its employees and works hard to see that its values of openness, transparency and accountability extend throughout the workplace.
In 2003, CRRA
introduced a new compensation plan designed to make sure all employees received competitive salaries;
underwent a company-wide reorganization that grouped jobs by function; and
rolled out a new internal communications plan to keep everyone “in the loop.”
Additionally, groups of employees plan and hold fun events, such as a bake-off, a golf tournament and “Jack and Jill” bridal showers for everyone to enjoy.
The results? In a September 2004 survey, CRRA employees reported significant increases in job satisfaction and company morale.
